Despite earning degrees from prestigious institutions, many find themselves unemployed, which, according to Haley, is a result of systemic issues rather than personal failings.

He criticizes what he perceives as a "lawless market" under the guise of free trade and condemns the party's alignment with elite and corporate interests at the expense of American workers.
