Candace Owens, during her podcast on Monday, disclosed a series of messages from April 6, 2018, in which Kirk conveyed a foreboding sense about the consequences of his work. "If I tell you the true prophecy I know in my gut it's really sad," Kirk wrote. "But I hope it's wrong." He further expressed uncertainty about witnessing the end of what he described as a "revolution."
The texts indicate that from the inception of Turning Point USA, Kirk carried an intuition about the hazards his activism entailed.
