"Bill was not shamed at all — after the Monica Lewinsky scandal — out of his hound dog behavior, to put it mildly," Kelly remarked, referencing Clinton's historical controversies.
The image, captured at the Bombay Club in Washington, D.C., was shown to the public as part of the broader scrutiny Clinton is facing over his ties to Epstein. Clinton, who was President at the time of the photograph, appears standing behind the two women, one of whom Kelly identified as her friend, Meg Florence, with another friend, Abby Rittman, in the foreground.
